Tui Na is a Chinese soft-tissue massage therapy that uses hands-on techniques to stimulate muscles, enhance meridian flow, and improve health. Practitioners apply range-of-motion, traction, and acupressure point stimulation to treat acute and chronic musculoskeletal issues, as well as various non-musculoskeletal conditions.

Founder and Lead Practitioner

Haley Hou is a distinguished medical professional with a Medical Doctor degree from Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, specializing in Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine. She advanced her expertise as a postdoctoral fellow at St. Michael’s Hospital in Toronto, contributing to disease research and authoring multiple scholarly papers.

Registered with the College of Complementary Health Professionals of BC(CCHPBC), Haley excels in pain management, treating conditions such as frozen shoulder, back pain, and carpal tunnel syndrome with exceptional skill. Her proficiency extends to joint mobility, pruritus relief, menstrual regulation, and Tui na, enhanced by modern techniques like Fu’s Subcutaneous Needling for myofascial pain.
